“Love, Until Death Do We Part”

There is a fact of life that has brought a great deal of grief into the homes of America!  Marriage has been greatly altered through the years.  Men and women as a whole have little understanding on how to enjoy a Biblical marriage.  The chances of the average marriage lasting “Until Death Do We Part” is growing smaller every decade.  However, with the written Word of God being the sword of the Holy Spirit and with Jesus Christ being the head of the marriage, man and woman can enjoy a life illuminated with a supernatural love that will last, “Until Death Do We Part.”

 Message Series: 

“Grasping Our Authority in Christ”

Just how is a victorious life in Christ achieved?  Preacher and Teacher Terry L. “Just a Few Good Men”

In his letter to the Hebrews, the Holy Spirit moved the writer to give the Body of Christ this exhortation, “Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.” (Hebrews 13:17)  Acts 6:1-4 says, “In those days when the number of disciples was increasing, the Grecian Jews among them complained against the Hebraic Jews because their widows were being overlooked in the daily distribution of food.  So the Twelve gathered all the disciples together and said, ‘It would not be right for us to neglect the ministry of the word of God in order to wait on tables.  Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.’"

            Through 32 messages, Preacher and Teacher Terry L. Laughlin will be bringing the church back to the Biblical mandate for true church leadership.

“He Gave Gifts” 

A spiritual gift is a skill or an ability that enables each Christian to perform a function in the body of Christ with effectiveness.  When Spiritual gifts are being administered through the Body of Christ under the influence of the Holy Spirit, Christians benefit and Christ is glorified. 

A church that is not allowing all the gifts of the Holy Spirit to operate throughout the Body of Christ is a lame church.  In this series there will be 21 Biblical messages teaching about the Holy Spirit Gifts and how they are to function in the Body of Christ today.
